Co to vůbec ten koučink je?

Spousta lidí slyší dnes a denně slovo koučink. Někteří lidé mají nějakou představu, ale myslím, že  vůbec netuší o čem to je. Pojďme si to tedy vysvětlit .

Někteří měli už tu čest se s koučinkem seznámit, ať už v pozitivním nebo negativním slova smyslu. A  jak to v různých oborech bývá, jsou mezi námi špičkoví odborníci i špičkoví koučové, já jim říkám tzv.víkendoví koučové, kteří neprošli řádným kvalitním výcvikem. 

Jak poznáš dobrého kouče? 

Jak poznáš dobrého zubaře? Nejdříve bych si zjistila, co má za  koučovací vzdělání,   (zda dotyčný kouč neprošel jenom nějakým rychlokurzem). Ani to však nezaručuje kvalitu. Také vystuduje hodně lékařů, právníků, učitelů a je mezi nimi  kvalitní odborník  i fušer. To samé platí o koučích. Musíš to prostě vyzkoušet, nebo dát na doporučení známých.

A co to tedy ten Brain- Based coaching  je? 

Je to přístup koučování založený na poznatcích  o mozku. Tyto znalosti jsou založené na rozsáhlém výzkumu tisíců neurovědců. 

Koučink je založen na důvěře mezi klientem a koučovaným.V koučinku se zaměřujeme na růst. Jedná se o sebeřízené učení. Kouč nedává rady, dává pozitivní zpětnou vazbu, zaměřuje se na hledání řešení z nejrůznějších oblastí klientova života jako např. práce, vztahy, rodina, finance, osobní růst, zvyšování sportovních výkonů, hodnoty a priority v životě, studium, zkoušky, zvyšování výkonnosti, time management, jak být lepší leader, jak vést lidi, zlepšovat vztahy na pracovišti i v rodině. Koučink pomáhá na cestě k překonávání výzev.

Vždy jde o dlouhodobý proces 6 až 12 měsíců nebo si klient domlouvá jednotlivá sezení dle jeho potřeby. Kouč je vždy náročný. Klient plní dohodnuté akce a kroky, je vyžadováno plné soustředění a přemýšlení.

Co klient získá? 

Pokud  bude klient pilně a poctivě  pracovat, tak přijme plnou zodpovědnost za svůj život, získá sebedůvěru, radost z dosažených výsledků, nová uvědomění, trvalé pozitivní změny v myšlení, nalezne odpovědi a řešení sám v sobě, změní se mu život pozitivním směrem. Opustí komfortní zónu.

A co kouč?

Kouč dodržuje etický kodex, plně respektuje osobnost klienta a jeho životní cestu, je klientovi oporou, pozorně naslouchá, motivuje ho.  Správný kouč se neustále vzdělává a rozvíjí, aby byl pro klienty tím nejlepším koučem.
